Brand Identity, Collateral, Donor Campaign

netCAD’s Blood for Research Facility is dedicated to “blood research and design”. Based at the University of British Columbia, their work ranges from basic research that drives innovation, through experimentation, to ‘pilot-plant’ level testing of new products and processes applicable to transfusion science in general and to Canadian Blood Services in particular.

Having worked with Canadian Blood Services for many years, we were introduced to the lead researchers at netCAD and asked to develop a brand identity that would differentiate them from CBS and assist in their donor drives. As they had virtually no identity at the time, we were given the luxury of a blank canvas to work with. The logo, marketing materials, and donor campaign we developed still rank amongst our favourites, and have helped the organization promote their important work to a much wider audience.
